I am married to Dave and we have three children of our own as well as four grandchildren. I grew up in an extended family which taught me the great value of caring for others which is reflected in my approach to life.
I love listening to people and helping them with some of the things that life can throw at you. As a qualified counsellor with over 25 years experience in counselling and life coaching I, together with a small team of well trained staff, successfully help people to overcome an deal with a wide range of problems they encounter, from depression and anxiety to relationship problems and much more.
