One To One

One to one counselling is a meeting or session with you and your personal counsellor. This form of counselling is one of our more popular methods and can be used for most problems, including stress, addiction, depression, anxiety, relationship problems, work and career issues, low self esteem, anger management, sleep problems, sexual problems, personal development, eating disorders, grief and bereavement, and many other issues.

All our counsellors are trained in CBT, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, which we have found a most successful technique.

Each sessions lasts one hour and cost 40 pounds. We do offer a first assessment session for half an hour and half the fee of 20 pounds. You are under no obligation to book a set amount of appointment and the frequency of sessions is up to you.
